About our community and the Council. Lack Mount is one of 33 Community Councils in the South Lanarkshire and acts on behalf of local residents in the settlements of Dunsyre, Dolphinton, Elsrickle, Greenshiels, Newbigging, Walston, Weston, Candy Mill, Libberton and the surrounding area.
